The Outreach Classical Arts Foundation (OCAF) is a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) founded by world famous pianists and educators all around the world. Our office is located in southern Florida, USA.

We are dedicated to establishing a community that brings together seasoned global artists, young artists, and youth aspiring to pursue a path in the arts; forging a platform for young people to learn and showcase classical arts; and serving as a bridge for the international communication of classical art culture. To nurture and inspire continuous growth and excellence in young people, we offer highly educational international piano competitions judged by world-class performers and excellent educators, both online and in-person masterclasses, and host concerts featuring top-tier artists. Additionally, we provide thoughtful support and genuine encouragement to special needs kids on their journey of learning the arts.
